For Installation of Holland Blinds:

Screw in the middle of the slotted section which ensures slight adjustments can be made without screwing another hole fitting the bracket about 2mm from the side. This way the bracket can be moved slightly left or right for precise fitting.
The top covered section of the winder must be at the top when fitted and centred otherwise the chain will not operate correctly.
Play with the function end where the button protrudes which locks into the bracket before you install. Anticlockwise will retract the button for ease of removal when fitted in the bracket. Clockwise will engage the function where the inside section can close gaps with increments of 1mm at a time enabling you to leave the brackets where fitted for a snug fit. If you accidentally project the entire 10mm, keep turning and it will retract.
The blind should not be forced into the brackets. Hope this helps with the install.
